Eddy Alexander needed an internship brand that hit as hard as the work their interns take on. So we built The Quarry: an identity carved from research, strategy, and a clear vision for what future marketers, PR pros, and designers should look like. Bold, unapologetic, and built to attract students who want real work, not coffee runs, The Quarry hasn’t stopped growing. Its presence now extends across social, video, web, paid advertising, and everything in between. Six summers in, it’s pulling in top-tier talent and launching graduates straight into the industry — exactly the kind of pipeline the agency set out to create.
